Tomorrow is day 1 of my weight loss journey. I plan to go from 170lbs to 120lbs in 2 months, and I believe it is 100% possible! I’m going to do this to become the very best version of myself I can become. At the end of it all the food is still going to be there, but I can eat it when I’m skinny and confident! I will wear cute dresses, be the hot lifeguard, be lifted by my lean boyfriend, go shopping with friends, and just feel amazing. I’m doing this for me and I can’t wait until I reach my goal! 😬
Last week my biggest concern was looking too skinny in everything I’d wear and worrying about what my family in friends would say.
Several binges and 8lbs later..
I can no longer feel the bones that were starting to peak out, I leave for vacation on Sunday and I don’t fit into any of the cute new clothes, my face is greasy, I’m suddenly uncomfortably hot, my boyfriend had trouble picking me up, I had my period twice very heavily, etc
If anyone wants to be weight loss or ana buddies, I’m ready to be friends and support you! 💕
Well, came in at 169, a pound less than this morning 😊 Not thrilled with the results but hoping they’ll be down tomorrow! To keep up I’m aiming for 157lbs by Sunday, and it’s gonna take me being strong to achieve it! Looking at thinspo and keeping myself as busy as I can! Go, Lena!
Wow! Weighed in at 163lbs! A whole 6 pounds less than yesterday! Went to an hour of Zumba after walking to the gym, ran back home, and did as much walking and cardio as I could. One day closer to a new bikini, to a new wardrobe, to a sweet and confident new me! 💕
Drank some tea for breakfast, and chewing on some gum right now :) first day and decided to try and fast. Tonight I’ll report my weight, what I ended up eating, and inspiration to keep going tomorrow! Can’t wait 😊
I promised myself I’d be fit and happy by now. I said it in January and now it’s March and I’ve lost only about 10lbs. I do so well and then a moment of weakness turns into a week of binging. It’s so hard to lose weight when I don’t have anyone on my side. I want to try having a weight loss buddy, someone I can talk to on the verge of a binge, who can lose weight with me, and can talk about anything and everything. Message me if interested!

Well, weighed in at 161.5 ☺️ which is still progress since it’s 1.5lbs less than yesterday. 8.5lbs in 3 days isn’t too bad. Weight lifted this morning and drank loooots of water today (literally peed like 6x) and maybe even that could account for not losing as much as I had hoped. Continuing tomorrow and hoping for a better outcome. I’ve been checking myself out in the mirror and I haven’t seen much change yet, but I’ll let the measurements decide on Sunday, all the more reason to keep going!

•130 (-40lbs) = $40 mani pedi

GOAL WEIGHT = NEW WARDROBE!!
I started at 170 so I’m going down from that, but feel free to adjust however necessary! Don’t reward yourselves with food, you’re not a dog and it’s not worth losing progress. Keep strong and remember to congratulate yourself for hard work!
